Creating and uploading a new addon is easy. What doesn't make sense, based on the KBs, is how to upload a new version of a mod, especially if you have just taken over project lead. That's the case for me: file ready, svn, .pkgmeta, repositories, etc all read, but some of it makes no sense (svn vs .pkgmeta? and the howto for pkgmeta doesn't really explain "how to.") and uploading a file comes back to creating a new project. I am not creating a new project, I am trying to upload a new version of an existing project.

I am so lost, and more than a little frustrated.

If you are making a mod, and not uploading a new version, go to curseforge.com, log in, and create the project. Once you have done that, an upload file option should appear in the project somewhere.

What I don't understand is how to upload a new version, especially if you have taken over a project from someone else. And the svn or .pkgmeta bit loses me about two paragraphs into the KB....
