I have a friend that has dyslexia and is having problems reading the quest logs. Is there an add on or something that could read the quest text to him? He already has a read and write problem that'll read selected txt aloud, but the only prob with this is that you can't select txt in WoW that you normally would on firefox or word docs.

Any advice appreciated.

That should allow him to select the text in the frame he hovers his mouse over . You never know it may work with his existing screen reader .
