Hi all,

I am wondering if anyone knows of an addon that gives information about the loot (where it drops, drop rate etc) when you mouseover/select the item?

Don't know of any. It would be a huge ingame database needed for such an addon and would need to be constantly updated. Most just tab out and search WowHead or Thottbot for this type of info.

meh :< Would be cool if can have a hybrid of this + eq compare. Mouseover/click and it compares the current item to your current one (if applicable) and also displays information about where/who drops it.

It could be like atlasloot meets eq compare!

Rating Buster will show you differences in stats. Atlasloot for the database. I don't think there is an addon that does both functions.

Look for MobInfo. It has the drop rate, location, etc data you want.

Atlas / Atlasloot has also a built-in search for Items.

And there is also a preloaded database available on curse, though im not sure if it still works.

LootDB tells shows you in which instance and by which boss an item drops. It also includes the droprate, items gained for honor, arena points, badges of justice or spirit shards. im not sure if its working with 3.0.3 but i think author is working on updating.

theres also mobinfo, which collects loot data froms mobs you kill and shows them on its menu.
