Unable to add comments

I am unable to add comments to addons any either IE7, Firefox3 or Google Chrome. The error says: "WebForm_PostBackOptions" is undefined

I have the same problem.  It used to happen a lot, now it's rare but it happened just now so apparantly it isn't fixed.
