But, hypothetically speaking... What if you had a disgruntle guild member or such and they wanted to get back at you for some reason. Why couldn't they or anyone for that matter post a topic for a toon for sale and give a armory link to have someone report them. We don't know whether that's his account or not, but I guess that's for blizzard to sort out.

You'll sure to get banned by blizzard. But I am curious thoug, what would be the reason why you want to sell your character? I'm guessing after 4 years playing, you actually got tired of the game. I heard that most charcter sellers sell right before another major expansion such as this coming for WoW by early next year.
