Just as a guess one of your addons is initialising drop down boxes in their OnLoad functions.

so now i either wait for addon updates or what?

Either that or disable your addons one at a time to see what one is blowing it up...  Problem with that is that it may be more then one.

Say addon x adds 14, then addon y adds 13 more totaling 27.  Either one disabled would eliminate the problem.
