Unable to sort or search

Is there a tech support that can be contacted for Curse?  Sorry the site has gone insane for me the last week and I can not sort or search add ons, forums or much else.

Am using Firefox with Vista home Sp1, everything updated.  Any attempt to use any sort or search feature returns this error message.

Sorry, there was a problem with your last request!

Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too.

I'm only getting this problem with Curse.com no where else so far that I've checked.

If this can be forwarded or someone can reply with a direct link to who or where I can report this I'd apprecate it.

Thanks

Same problem here, both IE7 as well as current Firefox.  Curse is only site with this problem for me.

Using a different mod tool downloader and site now it works fine.

Sorry you're having problems with the site.

I can't duplicate this, can you give me some more information, such as where you are searching from (site search in the top right, basic addon search or advanced), what type of addons you are searching for (WAR vs WoW), and the search text or options you are using?

Edit: Just noticed where this was posted so I'm assuming you're looking for WoW addons, but the rest of the information would still be helpful =)

What he is saying is go here for example. Then at the top sort by "Updated" or "Name" or "Hits" or "Rating" and you will this.

Edit: I'm using IE6 SP2 and get this error.

I also get this error. Whenever I try to sort the addons (I usually try by "Hits", but it doesn't work for any other option either) I get the above error message. This happens on both of my computers at home (Using Firefox or IE7) and all of the computers at school.

Here's the same issue on another thread that was addressed by Prodigal. Here

The discriptions of the problem by others is exact. camealion's reply sums it up perfectly and a lot better than I could have. I am indeed searching for wow addons. However this problem is happening anywhere on the site. I tested this on the warhammer addons and get the exact same error.

Also I've since tested it on two different computers, the other one using xp and get the same results. I've tested with IE and Firefox and get the same error.

It's impossible to sort wow add ons by upload date, name except as it shows as default alphabetical.

I can use the advanced search but it won't give me a sort by last update and if I'm 'fishing' for a new or replacement addon the advanced search really requires I already know what I'm looking for.

For new add on authors this is going to be an issue since they won't be searched for by name and folks are unlikely to want to spend that much time digging through a site manually one addon at a time in reverse alphabetical order which with out a working sort on the general catagory list is all they are left with.
