I have no clue what to search for with this idea but I'd love an addon that makes a macro that when I click it it uses the item on the target I'm wanting it to use it on.

Simply the idea is to have all the daily quest items in wrath work with one button to three buttons. Currently I have 2 bars full of daily quest items. Maybe go by sub zone or something as to which item(s) to try and use. Also it'd be great if it auto targeted the target. Like the Son of Hodir daily where you have to blow the horn while targetting a dead mob. It's be nice to have the button auto target the dead mob for those of us that kil them in groups.

I'll be surprised if someone hasn't made this already so if anyone knows if this addon is out there let me know!

What your asking for is automation, and that my good sir. breaks the rules.

You can make a macro that uses certain items for you tho, but what your asking for is against the rules.

Look into Qbar, it's not exactly what you ask for but it will probably help. EasyDaily will also auto accepting/turning in to help you save time.

Seems you're misunderstanding what it is I'm looking for. I'm not looking for something that does the quests for me. What I am looking for is when i do the quest to click one button, to have one button on my bar to click, that does the quest. Simply all my macros, which are legeal, in one button.

Thanks, I'd like to not add another bar to my screen, but if I can't get what I want I'll check out Qbar. thanks :)

There used to be an addon like this i used for SSO dailies called Daily-o-matic, and it worked wonderfully, i had stopped playing and started again shortly after "echoes of doom" and found myself updating addons.. i never found a new version of this one.

Hope to try baldrick once todays patch goes live... if there even will be a patch today, its always a guessing game with blizz : \

Yes Rolach, it is still automation what you were looking for.  Anything that replicates a click or KB press to interact with the *3d world* is banned.  Now you can interact with the UI via automation like gossip skipping addons but anything that replicates a hardware action (such as automatically blowing a horn on mouse over, automatically blowing the digeroo for oracle dailies over pillars, etc) is in fact banned.  Even simple scripting to do those things is banned as they are what a bot uses..

I belive what he is trying to say is this:

I have such and such item in my inventory I click on it or click on somehting with the item in my inventory, I compleate that part of the quest

Enstead of having a macro for every /use [item: sun glasses of stunner shades] it would be one button that tells what quest items u have for what quests ur on and will use the item after u click on target or are with in the area ot use the item.

The TOS does not prohibit the making of this type of macro nor a addon that will include the quests for using such items. if thsi is the case then Quest helper would be a straight violation of the tos......  

he is not asking for a addon that will automatically target then cast then use a item in what i understand he is tired of doing hsi dailys using up a hole actionbar of items

I dont knwo hwo to make addons for this game but if some one would direct me to the lang used I am pretty shure after a month or so I can be able to figure out the code
