I remember an addon where it would show a little picture in the middle of the screen when a spell's cooldown was up but I can't find it

PowerAurasClassic can do this, IDK if you mean the actual spell icon, for some reason I remember having it too at one point but not needing it so I deleted it. Can remember what it was though.
