Kill orders change depending on the party make up and what CC you may or may not use so I do not know of any. There is no way to automatically mark mobs anyway if that is what you were asking. Your best bet, set up keybings for each raid icon in the in game menu and then just click and hit your keybind. It takes about two seconds to mark a group.

I suggest BaudMark or OmiPie. They are my favorites.

The lucky charms are all bindable. I have them bound to the number pad. After a day or two of practice, you have them trained into muscle memory and will be able to mark pulls lighting fast.
