I actually have 2 things to post. First, I'm looking for a epgp addon that lets me edit item values. So, if I have a level 20 in the guild that wants a level 24 item, I can assign it a value based off level. Not sure if that makes sense at all.

Second, was wondering if anyone has heard of a time from for the guild manager addon that is in the works. I would love to test this and leave feedback.

As for EPGP, search for "epgp" in the addon section. And your second question is worded awkwardly. Could you please clarify?
