Yesterday I wasted about 8 hours, today about 3 - trying to update WoW with their dreadful and broken patch.

Should we get an 'extension' due to the gaming down-time?

I didn't waste anytime downloading the patch, I allowed their background downloader to do it over the past couple of weeks and I was patched and up and ready to go on Tuesday after about 10 to 15 minutes of the patch running (actually, I didn't even finish reading the patch notes before it finished).  I just had to wait for on their damn slow maintenance and getting the servers back up and online and then the buggy playing environment that they now have again after another well thought out Blizzard patch implementation.  :(

No issues here with the patch. As far as an extension or credit, don't count in it, ever :)
