Ok, so the new patch has come out and been downloaded, and now QH doesn't work. So I spoke to my guild, who said it had become outdated and I had to download the latest edition. So I've since done that (manual installation). But there's no manual install guide, so I have no idea what I'm doing.

And before you ask why I'm doing a manual download, Curse Client isn't Vista friendly. So I can't automatically install it (coz I don't have Curse Client in my "All Programs" tab of the Start Menu). So pretty much, what do I do?

Every addon hosted on Curse has an install guide tab. Scroll down the page. :-) And it is the same for every addon, too.

The Curse client works fine for me on all my Vista machines.

Sounds like your using a limited access user,  which would effect most programs in wierd ways.
