It was the best quest helper ever. The little map that showed the way, the way you could zoom in and out on the map. The little arrow on screen that pointed out the general direction of where you needed to be. It was perfect, but now it needs to be updated because of the patch. The other quest helpers aren't crap compared to this one.

Ive gone to Carboniteaddon.com and ran many times... the folder ends up in C-->WoW--->interface--->addons blah blah.  A zipped folder (the only one) and i followed all directions on carboniteaddon.com   Yet still, it will not work.  What is the problem here?  Its so annoying, and the reason i dont still have it is becuz bliz (on a ingame mail) said to delete my UI folder, along with WTF, and Cache.  Plz help

i feel ya man, been searching carbonite for ages and i find this webiste it once worked and next day it "funked" up my combat and can't attack, spell targets, decurse myself, i meant ETC! i can't do anything at all while being combat with "invaild target" error kept popping up.

Ok, much better now. I found the carbonite website and got the new one installed. It works even better than before. Thank you carbonite. If you read this please post addons on curse so we can have easier download and installation in the future.

For some reason the author of Carbonite has decided to use wowinterface to host his addon.  Have no idea why he decided to use the worst addon site in the world.  But he is adamant about not using Curse or WoWMatrix.  Thinking about switching to Quest Helper now... :(

Anyone has a link to the older carbonite quest? I mean before it started saying that if you're in a private server you can't use it. Because in the newer versions, my quest log disappears. There are no quests - not in the original quest log, and not in the carbonite list. Nothing. But, carbonite shows them on the map. So they are there but somehow I can't see them. I tried everything that they mention on the forum, like pressing the green button, make the window fix sized, modify the show/hide options, but nothing. Can anyone help me? It'd be okay if I can get a version from november, I think that was the last time I updated, and it worked.

The author had been hosting the download from his site. In using wowinterface he is no longer paying for download bandwidth.

As for switching to QH just because he has his download at wowinterface, you are just an idiot. There are no problems with wowinterface unless you are an r-tard.

i a gree carbonite quest was the best quest help in the game of wow it interacts with pvp and bgs. but it was the best way to find quest's

there will be no more carbonite quest because of Blizz's policy of no more charging for addons.  The creators have decided not to host the full version (which is now free) on curse but instead on wowinterface.com   it's updated slightly less frequently than it used to but they still are quick to respond to quest changes after patches and they do update when bugs are found and fixed

Yes, those are all the same link, but some people seem to miss the link in the first place LOL. Carbonite is alive and well, just over on WowInterface.
