when i installed the curse onto my pc the screan blinked a few times and then stoped and everything on the screan got very large can anyone help me with this

problem i dont know what to do with it but i dont wan to take the program off my pc.

Second of all: Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Adjust screen resolution > Resolution: Move the slider bar all the way to the right.
