My Titan Panel (mobMap) 1.2 say's dependancy missing....and it doesn't work.   Can I fix this?

Well, Try Re-download MobMap, because it should include dependencys you need for it to work.

I highly suggest downloading from their own website:

http://www.mobmap.de/addon.php

Download the Database if you want, and also TomTom for best results.

Downloading the MobMap Updater Is very good to have also (you use this outside WoW, but it increases your experiance using MobMap).

I am not using MobMap at the moment, but I have in the past, and downloading it from their website also includes everything it needs to work.

Edit: Also if this occured after the latest Patch, it is probably due to its not Up-to-date, do Update it, and if its still not working after re-downloading it, then Im not sure what it is..

Cookievas, if you look at the tooltip for the addon on the addon list, it will actually list the dependencies required.  Using that information, you can then look on your list of addons to see what you don't have installed.
