I have a lvl 34 warlock.  it has a dagger, an off hand object and a wand.  i can use the dagger and off hand item just fine, but when i try to use the wand it does not work.  i have tried to just equip the wand with nothing else and i am still unable to use the wand.  any ideas?

drag out 'shoot' from your spellbook...
