It is opening and I can not resize. I have uninstalled and cleaned the reg twice. It will give me the bars to resize but will not do so. 2 weeks ago I could do this. Does anyone know if there is a reg item that is causing this. When I grab the bottom to resize it lowers the client just enough for me to grab the top bar to move it down so I can close. Any ideas?
