No, there is no signed version, as getting any program signed by Microsoft costs wayyyyyy too much money. What you could try is telling the Curse Client not to automatically start with Windows. Tools, Options, I believe.

Besides, if you are like me, and want to save all your bandwidth for your game, running the CC (or any other internet scanning software other than an antivirus) is not in your best interest. On the other hand, if you have the Ah-nuld of computers and internet speeds through the wazoo, then it wouldn't affect you that much.

Why do you want the program to start when after a fresh boot to begin with?  You shouldn't be trying to update that often to begin with....
