I cant get my quest helper to work. I havent had WoW for over a month now... when when i got back on, i had to wait for all the upgrade to do. Well when everything was done... my quest helper will not work. We tried to download another quest helper from here... but it keeps saying that my quest helper is broken. i have no idea what to do and i cant play without it..

Posting the version number that you are using would be a big help to start with.  You might also start troubleshooting by disabling all your addons except questhelper and see if it still breaks.  If not, then you have a conflict with another of your mods.  You'll have to enable them by ones and twos until you narrow it down.  That would be a start.
