I'm looking for a bar addon, one that consolidates your bars into one, large box. Specifically the one in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0_kQ4HCWckAt It's simple, and looks clean without having to deal with an additional amount of useless bars. First, I thought it was Titan Panel, but I remember using TP a while back, and if I remember correctly, the bar wasn't free-floating exactly like that. I remember it being amidst a big, ugly panel which takes up too much real estate on the screen for my liking. If anyone knows which mod is used in that video, please let me know.

I couldnt see the video cause the link didn't work so I'm not sure if you want a bar mod or a bag mod. Try onebag or baggins and see if thats what you wanted. If you want a different bar mod, then check out fubar.

Bartender4 can arrange your bars in boxes, yes.  Sig for brief config on that, if you can't figure it out yourself.
