I keep seeing people talk about NPC Scan but I can’t find a place to download it. Anyone have a link for it?

I found NPC Scan on wowmatrix, but be careful with wowmatrix it can cause addon errors. dont update with it.

I acualy did find this here at curse after I posted this. It is under Achievements with the name "_NPCScan"
