addon

My hunter on world of warcraft can't get x-perl, it doesn't work, why is that?

There could be many reasons why, but unless you give us some more details other then "it doesn't work" all I can suggest to you is to check out the two links in my sig for common issues and to help make sure you've installed the addon correctly.

it doesn't shows at all, like i dont got it, but it do work on all other characters, so it should been fine installed then, it's just one character it doesn't work on, only x-perl, done that for 1year ca now

Have you tried renaming you WTF folder in your WoW directory? If that works that rename it back to WTF and remove anything x-perl related from the wtf folder. Doing this will loss all the setups of your other characters.

Did you make sure that it was enabled for that toon?.  At your charactor selection screen in the botton left corner there is an Addons button the in the top left corner of that window use the drop drown and select the toon in question and verify that the addon is checked.

Hey, i was wondering how i can remove the scrolling buffing texts? it's x-perl also. each time oi buff it says (you gain "spell"[buff]) and when it's gone the same just fades away instead, can't find where to remover it in interface to x-perl

It's not xperl doing that.  It's likely scrolling combat text doing it or something similar like parrot, MSBT, etc.  If you don't have one of those addons, your Blizzard SCT might be what's doing it and you can access those options from the interface menus.
