Is there any point to keeping this installed?  It didn't update for the longest time.  Now it's updated but broken.  Double hammering some items, duplicating other items.  It's horribly inaccurate.

So is this something that will never work properly?  Or is this a temporary glich...again?  I'd just like to know whether I should bother keeping this installed.

So it's just flat out broken again. Not updating.  I appreciate that this is a free service, but there really is no point in offering a service if it doesn't/won't work.

I guess this forum isn't even monitored by any Curse staff?

I thought it was just me, I'm getting the "it's been uploaded" message but I can't find my profile anywhere.

Hey guys sorry this is taking so long for me to get the runes updates ready, we only have one person for all our DB sites and i'm spread a little thin atm. I'm getting my boss to add the new version to the service so profiles should be uploading again, and i'll try to get all of the new data in next week

Is this just a low priority part of the Curse network.  It's worked for just a fraction of the time it's been available.

Wow they guy just told you he is flying solo working on the DB and you still chime in to bash them wtf is wrong with you. Like to see you do all the work on all the DB and answer posts from people being rude like you just were.

Sorry this is taking so long everyone, i had planned to get the new version out this week along with some fixes to the service, but some other new stuff got in my way. I have all of the new data imported in locally, and have to flag the new spells and do some error checking, but once that is done, i plan on getting the  new data and fixes out by tuesday or wednesday, with the new features coming either the 1st or second week following that. once again sorry for the delays.

When I saw RunesDB first time, I was really surprised and liked it very much. It have a lot more features than getbuffed, mainly the filtering and advanced searching options. Although this is nice, a lot more important is the database flexibility - it has to be updated early when some patch is put into the game. In the RunesDB, even data two months old are not there! Now the databse is in maintenance as you said, and it's not working properly for four days.. I don't want to offend anyone, this site would be really great, if everything done properly, but with this approach, it can never compete GetBuffed :/

I am also getting the oops error page most of the time. and the emails on the bug reporting page http://www.runesdb.com/bugs.aspx dont work.

also, is the data in the database updated from the game files or from what people collect with the profiler?

because I dont see any elite skills over 30 (the 35, 40 and 45 elites are missing). and I dont see any of the new mounts.

since i use ygather 0.31,i get a error message after i mined 3-4 times

and often the mines on my minimap vanish and after the error messages no new spots are added,so that i must log out of the game

any idea?

Welcome to the internet...it's not all hand holding, sunshines and roses.  This service has never worked properly.  Guess what...it's STILL not working.  These guys are a business now, and I was considering going Premium.  But since issues on Curse seem to get resolved at the same speed as issues in the game itself, I can't see why I'd want to give them my money.  I can appreciate being the lone pilot on a big project, but it's hard to stay patient with something as horribly inconsistent as this.  

That's not bashing...those are the facts.

Sorry for this big delay everyone, trying to manage this much stuff as once is starting to be a real pain, but i now have permissions to push new data, so you should be seeing new patch data go up very quickly now as compared to before. Still not eta on when we will eventually have all of the profile stuff working 100%, but its on my todo
