I would just locate and replace the sounds you want to change.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You won&amp;#39;t need to learn any programing languages, and if you have basic windows OS skills it should be fairly simple for you.&lt;br /&gt;

I use the &lt;a href="http://www.zezula.net/en/mpq/download.html"&gt;This Program&lt;/a&gt; to edit the MPQ.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;(Some people say this is against the EULA, but I&amp;#39;ve been doing it sense WoWBeta and havn&amp;#39;t had any problems.)&lt;br /&gt;

I wanted to make a mod that would play a designated .wav during certain times, or at certain events. For example, I&amp;#39;d want to play a .wav whenever I entered stealth, and whenever I left stealth. Not only would I like to know if it is possible, I&amp;#39;d also like to know where I could learn the language to be able to write the necessary lines to make is possible.&lt;br /&gt;
