There used to be an excellent and simple mod called &quot;Adapt: Almost-Default Animated Portraits&quot;. It animiated every character&#39;s player frame, instead of just having a picture.<br /> </p><p>Unfortunately, the author, Gello, has not been active now for 6 months, and the addon is very out of date.
