ZMobDB Advanced is what its called now.. i used to use Zuxana's Model Citizen.

Xperl Unitframes does it . It can knock a bit off your fps though .

Hey folks,

on youtube i saw a video of someone playing wow. The character picture of his char was animated (as well as every other player's char he marked during the playtime of the video). Does anyone know how to get this feature?

ag_unitframes also does it and is turn on/off able
