OmniCooldownCount will display the cooldown right on the action button.

BuffWarn can monitor the cooldown of Howling Blast (and any other cooldown for that matter)

It's also usefull for reminding you to keep Horn of Winter up at all times, I use it on my DK.

Take a look at ReasonRime. Also look at RuneWatch (WotLK) that option was asked for in the comments. But there are other cooldown timers out there that might also handle it.

I wish this forum had a search button, or maybe that I just the common sense to find the button. Either way what i am looking for is a Howling blast cooldown tracker. I use this but it sux if i acidently hit it before the cooldown is up. Don't ask me why Death gate is on the end.. i just use what they posted on the forum.
