I'd like an addon that does the reverse: lets me highlight a STAT in the character pane, and then it'd tell me the ITEMS benefitting it.

Using my hit rating example from earlier, if I were to open my character pane, switch the stats infobox to Spell, then highlight Hit Rating, the tooltip would say something to the effect of...

-----
Hit Rating 304
Increases your spell chance to hit a target of level 80 by 11.21%.

+58 (2.21%) Spell Hit Chance - Faerlina's Madness (Head)
+50 (1.51%) Spell Hit Chance - Valorous Raiments of Faith (Chest)
+31 (1.18%) Spell Hit Chance - Circle of Arcane Streams (Neck)
+8 (0.30%) Spell Hit Chance - Veiled Monarch Topaz (Gem: Chest, Yellow)
etc...
-----

As a shadowpriest with the right talents, my hit cap is 290. If it listed my items in this way, it'd be easier for me to figure out what I could potentially swap out in order to increase or lower my hit rating to the proper level, since it's recommended that I neither go far above or far below the hit cap.

Re: Addon that tells me where my stats are coming from?

http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/rating-buster.aspx

Addon that tells me where my stats are coming from?

Anyone know if there's an addon that can tell me which items are benefitting which stats?

For instance, I'd like to be able to go into my character panel and highlight, say, "Hit Rating", and the tooltip would tell me every item/gem/enchant that's increasing my hit rating and by how much, from least to greatest.

Any response is much appreciated!
