Titan Panel will display it but it also has it's own built in. I use Titan Panel myself but if your just looking to use this one LDB addon there is other display addons out there like ButtonBin. Titan and fubar are both great but are pretty big addons.

You need to be running an LDB display addon, such as Titan Panel and Fubar (with the Broker2Fubar plugin).

Looking for an addon that will show and allow me to sort by; CPU usage, and Memory usage in and out of combat.
