This is not what the original poster was inquiring about. They wanted to track both not display 'possible' nodes locations like Gatherer does. A lot of people confuse what Gatherer does with tracking. Gatherer just displays node locations of ore / herbs that may be populated and not actually active. Tracking will display locations of populated nodes.

It's not possible to track them at the same time. What you can do is use a macro to switch them and hot key it to a button on your actionbar.
