You could actually use group calendar and make private events. It would accomplish near the same thing EXCEPT it wouldn't allow for automatic updating. If you finished, you'd actually have to update your event. It would be nice to see an addon though that could allow you to pick in several defined categories that would be easy to track. Things like farm XX of something (trackable via combat logs). Do tourney and hodir dailies (trackable via quest logs). Pick up new oracle egg (trackable via inventory).

Entirely possible. Not so straightforward for a beginner programmer. There is a lot of event tracking.

It may be a little dated, but you can use a notebook for this :)

would it be possable to write an addon that would be much like a "to do list"? something to help you keep track of what you want to do each day, and what you have accomplished of that so far today. i have no knowlage of what you can or cant do with an addon, or how to write my own. i just think this would be a great way to stay focused and make sure you can do what you wanted to do. even if you forgot...

tell me if you think its possable, and if no one wants to write it... tell me where to go to learn how! ty in advance?
