If you are high enough lvl then head over to Wyrmrest Temple and walk from the medium lvl (where you get the daily). I have personally done it and got the achievment :) *Be sure to WALK off it, not jump. Jumping might kill you*

I got my achievement in Nagrand right by Halaa. Just fly up over the water as high as you can go then dismount, or land on one of the floating islands and jump into the water.

This doesn't solve your range finding issue...I just kept jumping off of stuff and finally, finally!!

Right in the heart of Stormwind...run RUN down the walkway next to the canal that comes to the

huge overlook of the water...bear to the left of the statue and GO!! You'll wanna drift a little left...

look down as you jump because its a 2-teir affair and you need to NOT land on floor 1 below.

This is quite possibly because it's not necessary, go to Shattrath to the scryer tier elevator that goes down to the floor in shattrath that leads to the center of the area where adal is. When it gets to the top walk out and jump to the bottom (not the bridge make sure you land just further down, at the same level where the Bank is)

I looked but did not see any add-on's for the achievement "Going Down" that tells you your range from the ground so you can dismount from your flying mount at 65 yards. Did I not look hard enough or is there no add-on's for it?
