&lt;p&gt;Right in the heart of Stormwind...run RUN down the walkway next to the canal that comes to the &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;huge overlook of the water...bear to the left of the statue and GO!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You&amp;#39;ll wanna drift a little left...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;look down as you jump because its a 2-teir affair and you need to NOT land on floor 1 below.&lt;/p&gt;
