SpartanUI maybe? As you said, that is a vague description. The reason I linked the developer site and not the Curse download is because, if you go into the forums on the dev site, you will see a thread for Beta, and you will be able to download the latest copy (RC4 at this writing) and the version here at Curse is much older. When it is finished, Beladonna, the dev, usually puts it here as well.

Looking for an addon I had a long time ago

I forget if this was a single addon or multiple ones, but I think it was at least mainly one. It created an area at the bottom of the screen where the map was centered, and on either side was the player and target frames. In that area the action bars were put and able to be moved around. I don't know if the description is too vague, but it's the most I remember. This was about 2 and a half years ago. Anybody recognize it? Thanks.
