also take a look at GFW's Disenchanter... doesn't automate things, but it will help you to know what is probably going to drop from what.

What you can do is open your bags, turn on the auto loot option, put the disenchant spell on your bar with a key binding then press the key while hovering the item then click the item and repeat really fast it just saves you time from clicking the spell then clicking the item then clicking the loots

Nope, because that would fall under "automation," which is not allowed by the Blizzard APIs.
