The entire system has been put in my hands and i'm working on tearing it down and redoing it. Started a week ago or so, it'll take a little bit longer. After that we'll start building a much stronger World of Warcraft integration.

It has now been almost a month since I have reported this issue, and the character slots are still not displaying properly.

Found another bug. I've set one of my characters to not display, but every time I access the Edit Profile screen it resets.

I think I found the problems. Your replication between your different load balanced servers aren't quick enough. After reloading the Profile page a few times it changes from 4 characters visible to 3 and back.

This post also seems to disappear and reappear. So I don't think it's a problems with your code. :) It just looks like all your servers haven't caught up with the changes yet. Bit annoying that. :)

You might want to put a notice or something on the main page indicating some peculiar behavior during this high load time.

WoW character not displaying properly. Items are not in the correct slots. Not all slots are filled for this character so that might have something to do with it, as another character that does have all slots filled is working fine.
