We are in the process of releasing a fix for this issue. In the meantime, you can download and run this file to correct the issue:

someone will have to do beter to convince me to download .exe from some mysterious media5, only because it is said so somewhere in "other forum"

So +1 to all "Curse client should be running, but isn't.". WinXP

On another forum there was a message from curse:

Please download and run http://media5.curse-gaming.com/client/CurseSetup-0.13.5.exe

Once it was complete I had to log off and back on before it would run properly.

I'm having the same problem with my Curse client.

Curse client is not installing, comes up with the rror box: Warning; Curse client shoulkd be running, but isn't. OK
