That's currently the only way, may change in the future.
Uninstall it from the client and install the version you want after that. The client won't track it anymore.
There's no really good way.

I have the following problems

1-How do I install new packages? I am going to the addon webpage, clicking in download and then clicking in the "update with the client", there is another way?

2-How do I delete a package from being updated.

3-How do i export the package installed in one cpu to another cpu?
