I have only ever downloaded addons from Curse or WowInterface.

Oh well at the end of the day guess it does not matter.

Re: Curse Client Initial Message

We only show this message if the Curse Client finds a wowmatrix.dat file in one of your addon folders.

Curse Client Initial Message

I have for years manually downloaded all my addons and decided to give the curse client a try. So far it has worked well for the addons presented on the curse site.

The only issue I have and it is more semantics then anything else is the popup message when you first scan your addon folder. Basically it told me due to the way it found my files I had previously used the WowMatrix downloader. I have never touched nor supported that program because I have always agreed it was not giving credit to the addon authors. But to have something assume based on how my files are organized I used it is kinda insulting.

I can understand stating that it found files not in a formate recognized by curse client and asking you to review but please do not make the blanket statement that everyone who may not have properly installed all their mods was using WoWmatrix.

Thanks,
