I have my desktop and laptop setup with Windows7 RC1. I had WoW and the Curse Client happily working together just fine on my desktop, but when I tried to copy the WoW folder to the newly-installed laptop, I get this missing-addons issue - I'd note that WoW claims that they're missing too, not just the Curse Client. This happens even if I run WoW directly across the network from the desktop's HDD =/. Just weird that my desktop works fine but the laptop is having these issues with the exact same install of the client.

Re: Some addons missing from the list of available ones in the updater

not to be a 'me too' but I'm having similar problems (Omen, CraftyGnome missing) under Windows 7 (RC, not beta), 64-bit

We have set up a windows 7 testing machine locally. The exact behavior you described does not occur under xp/vista however it DOES under our Windows 7 test machine.

I believe this is due to the newness and some unexpected behavior with Windows 7. Fortunately as it is reproducible I will try to get the fix in for the 3.0.0.8 release.

Some addons are now not showing in the list of available ones in the updater. I have refreshed the list multiple times.

Two notable high traffic ones that should be there are Omen and VisualHeal they're easy enough to find on the website but the updater doesn't have them in its list.

I am also one of the people who is not able to use the 'install' links on either the Curse site or the WoWAce one. I have tried diabling and re-enabling the allow updates from browser in the game settings in the updater but under Safari nothing happens, under IE8 I get a bunch of 'do you want to allow this' popup windows then nothing happens.

Updater version 3.0.0.7
