While I can understand the removal of features from CC in order to make Premium more attractive, I personally feel (as do many others), that removing the 'Update All' function was a bit much. I'm not going to ask for much here, I just wouldn't mind a working Update All.

Instead of allowing parallel updates (which is a Premium feature), why not allow users to queue up their downloads? I'm currently tempted to write a script to go and grab updates for me directly from the site, since there is nothing stopping me from doing parallel downloads (don't worry, I'm not going to release it if I even bother to write it, and trust me, your hotlink protection isn't totally secure.). Queuing updates allows non-premium users to use the 'Update All' feature, while Premium users receive the benefit of faster downloads, as well as parallel updates.

Note: I'm not asking for anything besides just a queuing feature in CC. That's it.

PS I kindly request that anyone posting in this thread please keep it respectful and constructive and that mods bring down the banhammer on people who don't. Additionally, any staff who are worried/upset about my suggestion of writing a script that bypasses the hotlink protection, I would urge you to PM with me first and find out the workaround, as opposed to blindly taking action. I'm not an unreasonable person, and I have great respect for this site and its staff. You've done an excellent job so far. I'm merely making a point.

This is something we are considering and might make it in a future release. a big curse client update is coming soon, that i believe will blow people away.
