I am looking for an actionbar or addon, that shows the buttons only when I have enough energy for that action (or hide them when I have not enough energy).

I don't think you will find an action bar addon that will hide/show appropriate abilities, but most of the good ones, like Bartender4 or Dominos, will recolour buttons you can't use due to range, lack of Engergy/Mana/Rage/Runic Power.

In BT4's case, abilities I can't use go either grey (on cooldown, or inappropriate target, or...) or red (usually out of range).
