I have a very hard time of targeting especially if everyone is running around.  This is amplified by being a hunter and having my pet obstruck what i'm trying to traget.  Still pet or no pet i have a hard time getting a target with everyone running around..   It would be great if there was a way to target nearby enemies and have a list to click on them for target.  The list should show nearest enemy first or have different options to sort the enemies out.  Hopefully someone will make such an add on or perhaps i may be lucky and there's allready such a addon..   Any suggestions?

There were older addons that handled this type of thing for PVP.  It was called somethingsomething sentry.  Personal Sentry?  I forget.  The icon basically looked like a golden helmet with a gear behind it.

Take a look at Spy.  ICU/Personal Sentry haven't been updated in forever.
