I am trying to find an addon that will quickly let me know who is targeting which Mob. I have tried MagicTargets 2 but this shows just the number of people targeting a mob and not who they are, it does show who is not targeting the mob but that dosent actually help me. An example of what I need is the Freya fight: We normally burn Ancient water spirit to 40% then switch to Storm, however we have had a few people who just arent switching and wiping the raid because of the water spirit dying to early. So i need to be able to actually identify who is still targeting the mob.

I use TipTac, and when I mouse over my target frame, it tells me who else has that target targeted. It may be an option you will have to turn on, but there you go!

I think myrroddin is on the right track, but you could take it a step further if TipTac does the same thing for the focus frame.  If it does, you could /focus the water spirit and just mouse over the frame occasionally to see who didn't get the directions.

This may or may not be helpful to you, but Pitbull4 allows you to see every person in the raid, as well as their pets, their targets and even their pets' targets. It does require that you have to configure the displays, and has a bit of a learning curve, but once you understand it, it's a very powerful raid/party/solo frames replacement.

The raid leaders i've had in the past used TipTac and MagicTargets 2 running at the same time.
