Hi i used to use an addon called questlonglist that made the quest log longer but it also displayed the level of each quest next to them :) but with 3.2 this addon is now worthless and no longer works ,  i have been trying to find another addon that will display the quest levels for me but so far i havent had any luck :( so if anyone knows of an addon that can do this  and can point me to where i can download it that would be great Thanks :)

as far as i know, quest helper can do that and i know for sure carbonite can.  carbonite is available on the wowinterface site if you want to try that out

QuestGuru will do it as well, if you want something more lightweight than those.

Uber Quest Reborn can also do it.
