According to Aion's Website, there shouldn't be any releases of Addons in the near future, but with upcoming patch they will allow the creation of Addons to be much easier and will then make it easier for Users to acquire addons to change their UI's to their tatse. In my opinion they might add an ingame feature that will allow you to change stuff around, but I dont remeber where i read that ^^.
