I am having difficulty figuring out what the hell is the reason for these annoying yellow circles on my map, basicly they make it impossible for me to drag the map, and highlight any mineral/herb/note/chest notes inside the circles.. They appear at fixed locations, but in spots on the entire map, that dosnt have a meaning, ex not nescacarily on top of a major city etc..
