Hi I'm a lock and all I want is a simple addon that will enter a custom party/raid message when I'm conjuring a summoning stone, summoning someone, conjuring a soulwell, and soulstoning someone.  That's all I'm trying to find; I don't care about all the other bells and whistles.  Does anything like this exist?

You could make separate macros for all that. The only addon I know of like that is Necrosis but it may have more features than you are looking for.
