It came with a addon i installed but i cannot figure out which one. I like all the addons i got but this little feture of a addon is annoying because it covers stuff and isnt movable.

Necro thread, but I had to add my 2 cents...Do you have the xbar mod?  This looks like the durability frame from that mod.
