Everytime i login to my PC curse client pops up saying ESET AV has been known to cause high CPU and slow internet or something, i always click ok and it loads anyway.

Anyway to stop this message appearing everytime i turn my PC on as i have no issues running Curse with ESET

Are you turning the power off to your computer, rather than shutting it down from Windows? If you exit Curse Client v4 or Windows gracefully, v4 will save the fact that you have been warned about ESET, and you won't see the message again.

Ye, always shut the pc down gracefully, shut the pc down every evening and in the morning i am faced with this message >.>
